Subscriptions
VoxAI Voice Agent and other AI services offered on this site are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Recurring billing on a monthly basis until cancelled
- Pricing in USD as displayed at the time of purchase
- 7-day free trial available for the Trial plan (no credit card required)
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no questions asked
- Service delivery is via a license key emailed to you immediately upon payment confirmation
Carrier Charges
VoxAI services rely on third-party telephony carriers (Twilio, Vonage, Exotel, Vobiz, Plivo, MyOperator, or your own SIP). You are responsible for paying carrier charges directly to your provider. Ivy Digitals does not add any per-minute markup on top of carrier costs.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our subscription products and instant license key delivery, all sales are final once the license key has been issued. If you experience technical issues preventing service usage, contact us at hello@ivydigitals.com and we will work to resolve them — including refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Limitations of Liability
Ivy Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
